About the Service

TimeCrisis is a SaaS application that enhances your Thinkific course experience by enforcing timed lesson rules. You must have a Thinkific admin account to use the platform.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Thinkific login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account while using TimeCrisis.

Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• No partial refunds will be provided. Cancelling a subscription immediately removes access to TimeCrisis.
• We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked full refund on your first payment.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TimeCrisis at any time, especially in cases of misuse or abuse of the service.

Limitation of Liability

TimeCrisis is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes by updating this page.
